Abundance EcoVillage Monthly Fees
The ecovillage will have ongoing expenses for maintenance and repair of common facilities. The village will hire a full time gardener who will manage the common land landscape with the assistance of volunteer interns. A monthly fee paid by each homeowner will cover these ongoing expenses. Fees are set to cover the cost of providing each service. Monthly costs per homeowner are detailed below:
