Elliot Coleman is an author and long time market gardener. His books The New Organic Grower and The Four Season Harvest are some of the best written gardening books and are used as texts in the sustainable agriculture program at MUM. Elliotís Four Season Farm in Harborside Maine ( a climate slightly harsher than Fairfield) harvests and sells vegetables all winter long using simple unheated greenhouses. Lonnie just returned from visiting Elliot Colemanís farm and will be showing a video and discussing Elliot Colemanís methods for a four season harvest.
